Emirates Cabin Crew Eligibility Criteria – 2025

To be considered for a cabin crew position with Emirates, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Core Requirements

Proficient in both written and spoken English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally engaging and team-oriented personality
Minimum height of 160 cm, able to reach 212 cm when on tiptoes.
Must fulfill the UAE’s employment visa criteria
Minimum age of 21 years

Experience & Education

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
Completion of Grade 12 / High School education or equivalent
No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform (without the use of bandages or concealers)

Pay & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month
Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (approx. 80–100 flying hours per month)
Average Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (USD 3,061 approx.)
Meal Allowances: Paid in arrears with the monthly salary

30 days annual leave with one annual leave ticket to home country (after 3 years, this can be to any Emirates destination)
